From Turkler to the dive boat
For the diving trip our minibus collects you at 08:40 from hotels in the Senza, Eftalia and Long Beach area and at 08:50 in the Lonicera, Green Fugla and Adin area, and takes you to the harbour where the dive boat is waiting. There you register, fill in a short health form and get fitted with a wetsuit, mask and fins.
Once the boat sets off, there is a theory and safety briefing on deck. You do two dives during the day: beginners first practise breathing and equalising in shallow water with their instructor and then explore the reef together, while certified divers dive in small groups with a dive guide at depths that suit their level. Among the rocks you may spot groupers, octopus and moray eels. Between the dives there is lunch on board and time to swim and relax on deck, and in the afternoon you head back to Turkler.
Tips if you stay in Turkler
- Do not dive with a cold, ear or sinus problems, and do not fly within 24 hours after diving.
- Certified divers should bring their card or logbook.
- Non-diving partners and children can join the boat at a reduced price to swim or snorkel.
- Drinks and underwater photos or videos are not included.
