Cancellation Policy
Plans change – that is why we keep cancellation simple. Here you will find all the rules for cancellations, changes and refunds.
Free cancellation
You can cancel any regular tour free of charge up to 18 hours before the start of the tour. Simply send us a message on WhatsApp, call us or write an e-mail with your name, the tour and the date. As you pay on the day of the tour, there is nothing to refund.
Late cancellations and no-shows
If you cancel later than 18 hours before the tour or do not show up at the pickup point, a fee of 50% of the tour price applies, because seats, tickets and meals have already been reserved for you. Please be at the agreed meeting point on time – the bus cannot wait long, as other guests are on board.
Deposits
A private boat rental and swimming with dolphins require a deposit of €100, which is deducted from the total price. If we have to cancel for weather or safety reasons, the deposit is refunded in full. As a private boat is reserved exclusively for you, its deposit is non-refundable if you cancel; for other services, the conditions are confirmed with your booking.
Changes to your booking
Would you like to change the date, the number of guests or the tour? Let us know as early as possible – we will gladly rebook you free of charge, subject to availability.
Cancellations by us
Safety comes first. If a tour cannot take place because of bad weather, high waves, road closures or other reasons beyond our control, we will offer you another date or a different tour, or cancel the booking free of charge with a full refund of any deposit. On boat trips, the captain may adapt the route and swim stops to the sea conditions.
2-day tours, transfers and private services
For 2-day tours, airport transfers and private services, hotels, vehicles and crews are booked especially for you. Any different cancellation conditions are confirmed with your booking.

How do I cancel my tour?
Send us your name, the tour and the date via WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation.
Is cancellation really free?
Yes. Regular tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 18 hours before the start. As you pay on the tour day, there is no prepayment to refund.
What if I fall ill on the day of the tour?
Please let us know as early as possible. Short-notice cancellations are subject to the late cancellation fee, but we will always look for a fair solution, such as another date.
