Open the tour you like, choose your date and the number of guests and send the booking form – or simply message us on WhatsApp. We confirm availability and your pickup time as quickly as possible.

No. Once we have confirmed your booking, nothing else is needed. If you have any questions before the tour, just contact us on WhatsApp or by phone.

You pay in cash on the day of the tour, usually when you are picked up. Credit cards are not accepted. Only private boat rentals and swimming with dolphins require a deposit of €100 to secure the booking.

You can pay in euros, US dollars, British pounds or Turkish lira. Our prices are in euros; amounts in other currencies are converted at the exchange rate of the day.

Every tour page lists exactly what is included and what is not, together with the programme and the times. Hotel pickup and return are included in all our excursions; meals, entrance fees and drinks depend on the tour.

Yes. At the pickup time, please wait at the main entrance or security gate of your hotel – not in the lobby – because many hotels do not allow buses to drive up to the door. After the tour we bring you back to your hotel.

After booking we send you your pickup time by WhatsApp or e-mail. Pickup times depend on the location of your hotel, so guests staying further away are picked up earlier.

It is not required, but it helps: if the driver cannot find you at the meeting point, the hotel reception can call your room.

Of course. If you stay in an apartment or a villa, send us your address or a nearby landmark and we will arrange a convenient pickup point.

We pick up free of charge in Alanya and its resorts as well as in Side, Manavgat and the surrounding villages. For selected tours we also pick up in Belek and Kemer. The pickup areas are listed on every tour page.

Bring a photo or copy of your passport, some cash for extras, sun protection and comfortable shoes. For boat trips and water activities add swimwear and a towel; each tour page lists anything else you need.

Most of our tours are family-friendly. Children usually pay the child price from 3 to 11 years and infants under 3 travel free; the exact age limits and minimum ages for activities such as quad biking or paragliding are shown on each tour page.

Yes. For families, groups of friends or companies we can organise private tours with your own vehicle and a route and timing of your choice. Send us your date, group size and wishes and we will reply with a quote.

No. When you rent a private boat, only your group and the crew are on board.

Send us a message on WhatsApp, call us or write an e-mail with your name, tour and date. Cancellation is free of charge up to 18 hours before the tour. For later cancellations and no-shows, a fee of 50% of the tour price applies, because seats, tickets and meals have already been reserved for you.

If a tour cannot take place safely because of storms or high waves, we offer you another date or cancel it free of charge, and any deposit is refunded. On boat trips, the route and swim stops may be adapted to the sea conditions.
