Then the jeeps head off-road into the hills of the Green Canyon, stopping for panoramic photos and for the water fights between the vehicles that leave everyone soaked. At midday you reach the lake for lunch – chicken, pasta, rice and salads – and a swim, followed by a short boat ride on the emerald water.
