From Avsallar the minibus follows the D400 east through Turkler and Konakli and collects other guests on the way, so plan on about an hour to the harbour.
Once on board, find a spot on deck – the upper deck has a quiet sunbathing area without music for anyone who prefers peace. The first swim is close to the castle, next to the octagonal Red Tower and the old Seljuk shipyard built into the rock. Then the ship noses into the sea caves: the Pirates’ Cave, the Lovers’ Cave and the Phosphorescent Cave, where the water seems to glow. Lunch – grilled chicken, rice and salad – is served on board, followed by a swim break.
